On the baby food, is it carrot puree? In trying to understand the consistancy. Can we talk carrots and place in a food processor?

This goes with the other baby food options as well
    Thanks,
    Dan

Does Crystal Light make anything without aspartame? If so, where can I get it?

Crystal Light now makes a line called “Crystal Light Naturals” which are sweetened with Truvia and sugar. Way less scary that aspartame!

    Hi Josh,
These seem very worthwhile. However the following ingredients are unfamiliar to me.
what is Truvia or Ideal? Is this a type of milk?
    What is Crystal Light?

    Hi,
I’m trying to figure out how each 2 bar serving can have 10grams of protein.
2 scoops of protein powder = 24 grams
    4 egg whites = about 24 grams
The recipe makes 8 servings . Where is the extra protein?
