I very rarely do interviews or public speaking engagements; however, when my good friend Lewis Howes, New York Times best-selling author, recently came to me and asked me to be on his podcast The School of Greatness, I accepted with open arms. Question: Hi Josh I’ve tried almost everything to drop the pounds in the past but I can’t seem to follow through and get results. I’ve got a half dozen diet programs at my house gathering dust, exercise DVDs, exercise equipment, and a gym membership I never use.
I’m about ready to throw in the towel and just give up… but today I heard about a medical hypnosis program called “Enjoying Weight Loss.” Is it the real deal or a scam? I want to set a good example for my two children, Lisa and Mathew and I want to feel good about myself again. What do you think of it?–Rachel Goddard, West Virginia
