Josh Bezoni is one of America\u2019s most successful health and wellness entrepreneurs. He\u2019s also a startup investor, CPG brand advisor and philanthropist.<\/p>

Bezoni has built, sold and invested in multiple health food, beverage and supplement companies that have sold billions of dollars of premium products worldwide.<\/p>

Bezoni received a pre-med degree in college, and after, became the prot\u00e9g\u00e9 to Bill Phillips who created the sports nutrition company EAS (the first company to commercially sell creatine monohydrate). EAS was the premier supplement brand at that time and was used by actors like Brad Pitt, Sylvester Stallone and Demi Moore.<\/p>

Phillips wrote the #1 New York Times best selling fitness book, Body for Life<\/strong>, one of the most successful fitness books ever written with five million copies sold. While Bezoni was at EAS, he was on the product development team creating the first high-protein meal replacement powders and creatine-based products. Phillips sold the brand for over $300 million to Abbott Nutrition. This was the first acquisition Bezoni was a part of.<\/p>

After EAS, Bezoni went on to build and sell multiple supplement companies and wrote a best-selling book on health and fitness that sold 1 million copies.<\/p>

Bezoni was co-founder and CEO of BioTrust Nutrition (www.BioTrust.com<\/a>), which grew from zero to $100 million in revenue during its first 12 months in business. This made BioTrust the fastest growing supplement company in American history from zero to $100 million in one year.<\/p>

Bezoni and BioTrust went on to sell over $1 billion of BioTrust branded healthy nutrition products. They sold to private equity for a nine-figure plus exit in 2022. Bezoni and his business partner, Joel Marion, owned 100% of the company at the time of sale with no debt or outside investors. As a result, Bezoni and Marion were named entrepreneurs of the year in various industry publications.<\/p>

Josh was also an early investor and advisor to powerhouse nutrition and better-for-you food brands including:

www.ONNIT.com<\/a> founded by Aubrey Marcus and podcaster, comedian and UFC commentator Joe Rogan. ONNIT was sold to the mega brand, Unilever, for nearly $300 million in 2022.

www.MAGICSPOON.com<\/a> Bezoni invested in Magic Spoon at a $4 million valuation. It has since grown to over $300 million in value as a leader in the healthy, protein-rich cereal category with over $100 million in funding. Magic Spoon is sold nationally at Target, Costco and Walmart.<\/p>

Bezoni is also a respected philanthropist, having donated millions of dollars to top-rated charities, himself and through his companies. Bezoni has built schools for children in Laos and Guatemala with Pencils of Promise\u00ae, granted hundreds of Wishes to the Make-A-Wish\u00ae for children with life-threatening medical conditions and he provided millions of nutritious meals to hungry children through partnerships with the Share Our Strength\u00ae No Kid Hungry\u00ae charities.<\/span><\/p>

Bezoni recently teamed up with actor Matt Damon to support Damon’s Water.org\u2122 charity to provide clean water and sanitation to thousands of economically-challenged families that would otherwise not have access to safe water.<\/span><\/p>

Bezoni is also the co-founder and lead investor in Rush Racquets & Social Club in Austin, Texas. This $10 million + facility has 18 pickleball courts and an upscale restaurant and wellness facility on 8 acres of prime real estate in South Austin.<\/span><\/p>

Bezoni is also one of the lead investors in Aloha Pickleball in Maui, Hawaii. This facility contains a state-of-the-art gym along with 18 premier pickleball courts and restaurant.<\/span><\/p>
